Troubleshooting

I cannot log in, or a page or button is missing

Symptom: sign-in is refused, you are logged out repeatedly, or a page or button you expect is not there.

Sign-in problems

"Invalid email or password"

Check the email address first — it is the more common mistake. Then use Forgot password. The reset link is single-use and expires; if you have been sitting on the email for a while, request a fresh one.

"This reset link is invalid or has expired"

Request a new one. Links expire, and using an older link after requesting a newer one will not work.

"This account is not active"

Your login has been deactivated. An owner or admin on the account has to reactivate you, from Settings → Team.

"Your account has no active tenants"

Your login exists but is not attached to any active carrier account — every membership was removed or the account was deactivated. An owner or admin needs to invite you back.

Too many attempts

Repeated failed sign-ins are rate-limited for a short period. Wait a few minutes rather than retrying immediately.

You are signed in but get logged out constantly

Sessions are held in browser cookies. Anything that blocks or clears cookies signs you out:

  • Private or incognito windows clear everything on close.
  • Strict tracking-protection settings, or a privacy extension, can block the cookies the app needs.
  • "Clear cookies on exit" browser settings.

Add the app to your browser's allowed-sites list, or use a normal window.

An invitation is not working

MessageMeaning
"Already a member of this tenant"They are already on the team — they should just sign in.
"Invitation already accepted; remove the user instead"The invitation was used. To take access away, remove the user, not the invitation.
The link does nothing / says expiredInvitations expire. Send a new one.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters.

The verification banner will not go away

Open the verification email and click the link. If it never arrived, check spam, then use Resend verification in the banner. Until it is done, a banner sits on every page and some outbound features stay off.

A page or button is missing

This is nearly always the user's role. Check Settings → Team — the role matrix in Invite your team and set roles shows exactly who can reach what.

The most frequent ones:

  • Changing the plan or payment method is owner-only. Everyone can see the Billing page; only the owner gets the buttons.
  • Marking dispatcher pay as paid is owner-only.
  • Team, invitations, factoring companies, load board credentials, and the company profile are owner and admin only.
  • Voiding an invoice, and finalizing or paying a pay statement, are owner and admin only.
  • A Viewer can read everything and change nothing. A Driver can read, and upload documents.

A driver login sees no pay statements

Two possible reasons:

  • The login is not linked to a driver record. A Driver-role login is shown its own settlements and nothing else, which means it has to be tied to a specific driver first. An owner or admin does this on the driver's page. Until it is linked, the app refuses the page rather than showing the whole fleet's pay.
  • There are no statements for that driver yet. Nothing has been generated for the weeks they have worked.

You are looking at the wrong company

If your login covers more than one carrier, the account switcher is in the top bar. Everything on screen belongs to the account you are currently in — loads, drivers, calls, documents. Data never crosses between accounts, so a load "missing" from one is often sitting in another.

"Cross-tenant access denied"

You followed a link into a different company's record — usually an old bookmark, or a link someone pasted from their own account. Switch to that account if you belong to it, and re-navigate from within the app.

When to contact support

Send the email address you are signing in with, the exact message on screen, and whether it happens in a different browser.
