Troubleshooting

The load board is empty

Symptom: no listings, or a profile that has not returned anything in hours.

An empty load board always means one of two things: nothing matched, or nothing searched. The app never fills the gap with invented freight, so the question is only which of the two it is.

1. Is the profile enabled and searching?

Load Board → Profiles. Each row shows last searched and any error from the provider.

What you seeMeaning
Recent last-searched, no errorIt is searching and finding nothing. Go to step 3.
No last-searched time at allIt has never run. Go to step 2.
An error on the rowRead it — usually credentials. Go to step 2.
Profile switched offTurn it on.

2. Is the provider actually available to you?

Load Board → Providers lists what this deployment can search and why anything is unavailable.

  • Provider not offered. Load board access requires a paid agreement with the provider and has to be enabled for the deployment. Contact support — the app will not let you point a profile at a provider it cannot honestly search.
  • Credentials missing or rejected. Load Board → Credentials: enter the username and password issued under your own contract, and re-enter them if the provider says they are invalid. Providers cut off shared logins.

3. It is searching and finding nothing

Almost always over-filtering. Loosen one filter at a time:

FilterCommon mistake
Origin citiesA single city is very narrow. Use states instead.
DestinationPinning both ends removes most of the market. Leave the destination open.
Minimum rate per mileSet above the current market for that lane, so everything is excluded. Drop it and see what exists.
Equipment typesA typo, or an equipment name the provider spells differently.
Pickup window72 hours is the default. A short window on a quiet weekend returns nothing.

Try a deliberately wide profile — one origin state, no destination, no rate floor — and confirm listings appear. If they do, your filters were the problem. If they do not, it is not the filters.

4. Listings are there but look wrong

Rates or lanes that do not match what you see on the provider's own site mean the imported fields are not lining up. Do not price loads off them. Report it with a couple of examples, including the listing as it appears on the provider's site.

5. A listing will not import

Each listing can be imported once. If it has already been imported, the row points at the opportunity it became — open that instead of creating a second one.

When to contact support

Send the profile name, the provider, the filters you set, and the last-searched time and error from the row.
