How to set up load board searches
Who this is for: owners and admins.
A search profile is a standing question — "flatbed out of Georgia, going north, at least $2.40 a mile" — that is re-run every few minutes. Matching listings collect in one place, and you import the ones worth pursuing.
1. Check which providers are available to you
Load Board → Providers shows what this deployment can actually search, and gives a reason for anything switched off.
Load board access is not something the app can grant itself. Each provider requires a paid agreement with them, and the integration is turned on per deployment. If the provider you subscribe to is not offered, contact support rather than creating a profile that cannot run.
Profiles can only point at a provider that is genuinely available. The app will refuse to save one otherwise — it would rather tell you now than leave you staring at an empty list wondering why.
2. Enter your credentials
Load Board → Credentials. Enter the username and password issued to you by the provider under your own contract. They are stored encrypted and used only to run your searches.
Use your own credentials. Sharing a login across carriers breaks the provider's terms and gets the account cut off.
3. Create a search profile
Load Board → Profiles → New:

Start broader than you think you want. A profile with five filters stacked on top of each other usually returns nothing, and it is hard to tell "no freight" from "over-filtered".
4. Work the listings
Load Board → Listings shows what came back: broker, lane, pickup and delivery times, miles, equipment, weight, commodity, rate, and rate per mile.
Import turns a listing into a load opportunity. From there it goes through the normal path — screen it, price it, decide. A listing can only be imported once; after that the row points at the opportunity it became.
5. Watch the profile's health
Each profile shows last searched and, when something went wrong, the error from the provider. A profile that has not searched in hours, or that shows a credential error, is not going to find you freight — fix it or switch it off.
What you will not find here
The app does not invent listings. If a provider cannot be reached or is not enabled, the list is empty and says why. An empty load board is always either "no matching freight" or "not searching" — never made-up freight.
